Our venue is suitable for between 10 and 70 delegates with a variety of spaces available depending on the requirements of the group. With the capacity to accommodate people on site your business can relax knowing they only have a short walk to rest their heads once the business and social events of the day are over.

Once the day’s business has been wrapped up, there is a host of activities available nearby, including walking in Tongariro National Park, paddling the Whanganui River, golfing, mountain-biking or simply relaxing at the Powderhorn.

Our conference room is a versatile space that can be split into two areas – the Ruapehu room or the Turoa room.  With French doors opening onto a large balcony, the rooms are light and spacious, encouraging the best from your delegates.  In addition, we have other break-out type rooms throughout the complex that are suited to smaller meetings or team building exercises.

DELEGATES PACKAGE

The Powderhorn Chateau is happy to be able to offer a tailored corporate package for your conference group. Our “Daily delegate package” includes: accommodation, fully cooked breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas, and working lunches. Use of the conference room and technical equipment is also included in the price. To be eligible for the ”Daily delegate package” you must have a minimum of 20 delegates attending.
